A firmware update failure is usually caused by an unstable connection or a temporary loss of connection during the update.
To fix the problem, please try the following steps:
1. Put GoBe2 on its charger.
2. Restart your Healbe mobile app (open recent apps, swipe Healbe app up and run it again)
3. Keep your phone as close to your GoBe2 as possible.
4. Try running the update once again. Please don't close the update window in your phone and don't use other apps while the update is running, as this may interrupt the connection.
