My GoBe vibrates and displays the "NO CONTACT" message. What do I do?
Please make sure that:
1 - you removed the GoBe from the charging dock before putting it on
2- you removed the thin film that covers the band sensor on all new devices
You can also tighten the strap a little but still a comfortable position. The band’s sensor needs to stay in close contact with your skin, but it should not be so tight as to hurt your wrist. You can also try wearing GoBe on another wrist or on the inside of your wrist to see if there is any difference.
Tattoos, scars and extra hair growth can also affect the contact.
If the aforementioned steps did not help, please do the following steps to test the sensor:
1. Open the Healbe app
2. Turn on your GoBe
3. Take a metal paper clip
4. Connect both sensor plates with the clip
5. Wait at least 10 seconds
6. If you still see the message 'no contact' then the device can be considered defective.
