Please place your GoBe on its charging dock.
The indicator on the charger should turn red for a few seconds (even if it's fully charged). If it stays blue, then the smart band is completely discharged and cannot be recharged.

Next, please check if the GoBe turns on while it is connected to the charger.
If it does, please try to run the mobile application and establish a connection with the band. If the connection is established, please go to the "Service Information" menu and reset the GoBe.
Keep in mind that the GoBe button recognizes three types of button press - short, medium and long. Normally, pressing the button does not require much effort. When it is triggered a slight click is felt. Then you need to hold the button for one, three or five seconds respectively. You do not need to increase the force of pressing as overdoing it may damage the button.
