If you see a blue light indicator when connecting GoBe to the charging dock, it could indicate a problem with the band contacts.
Please check the band contacts. If the pins on the charging dock are bent and do not move easily then check if there is a clog or any dirt around them. If you find dirt or black spots on the band contacts, please clean them with a sharp wooden object (e.g. a toothpick).
