My GoBe battery doesn't even last 24 hours, what do I do?
One of the factors affecting GoBe’s battery life depends on how many times a day you sync the smartband with the app. Our best practice is to sync it no more than 3-5 times a day.
If you sync it one-to-two times a day, please check if you have left the battery discharged for a long time or used it at temperatures higher than 60 °C. Any of these states can result in battery failure.
To check if the battery has failed permanently, you may take the test below:
1. Turn off the smart band and charge it fully.
2. Place it on a charger again. Make sure the indicator changes from red to blue.
3. Remove the smartband from the charging dock and perform a short press of the side button of the band (no longer than 1 second). The screen should show FULL.
4. Wait until the display turns off and press the button again. Repeat this for 3 minutes.
