I have been walking a lot and my GoBe tells me I was mostly sedentary. How so?
Healbe GoBe2 recognizes walking when you have long walks for at least one (1) minute with your hands moving freely at the average walking pace (more than 90 steps per minute).
If you move at a slower pace or if you make frequent stops, GoBe2 will count this (including steps and calorie count) as a "Routine" type of activity. If you are absolutely certain that you walked at a suitable speed for a long time and GoBe2 did not recognize it accordingly, please, contact us by our email below and let us know the time periods when you have been taking a walk so we can ask our algorithm engineers to take a look at your case and check if there has been an error.
Unfortunately, GoBe2 doesn't differ between sitting and standing, as since you are stationary, the accelerometer cannot detect the difference between these types of work.
Please contact us at gobe@healbe.com if you have any questions!
