The display shows "CLC" if I switch it to the Hydration screen. What do I do?
When you first put on your GoBe2, it will immediately start collecting data to analyze your body’s “normal” hydration level unique to you.
This learning process can take GoBe2 anywhere from two days to two weeks of consistently wearing the device.
Additionally, after bathing, showering, washing hands, swimming in freshwater or sweating, it’s best to wipe dry the sensors on the bottom of the device as well as the skin on your wrist that the sensors come in contact with to make sure the moisture does not interfere with GoBe’s readings.
However, if after that time GoBe2 doesn't show your hydration data, you can try resetting your device.
In order to reset your device, please follow the steps below:
1. Run the HEALBE app and make sure GoBe is connected
2. Tap the GoBe icon to open the properties screen
3. Tap "Service information" (Android) or "Service Info" (iOS) button
4. Tap the "Reset" button
Please note that all the data will be erased from the device, so we recommend you reset the band early in the morning so that you lose less information.
