How do I set the time? Daylight saving hours are over, but GoBe has not changed the time
Unfortunately, this is a known bug in the software. The Healbe app does not detect the correct time from your phone if it was changed automatically, as in daylight savings time. We will try to fix it in the next release of the app.
As a temporary workaround, please try the following steps.
1. In your phone settings disable the option to “Set time automatically".
2. Manually input the previous time (before the transition to daylight saving) by choosing from the menu.
3. After one minute, manually set the correct time in your phone's settings.
4. Restart your Healbe app.
5. Finally, synchronize your GoBe with the phone.
