Swollen battery

My GoBe battery has swollen. What do I do?

The battery swelling could be caused by one (or both) of the following factors:

1. Storage in below zero temperatures while the device is in use and storage in temperatures below -10 while the device is in storage mode.

2. Extended storage without use for over a month.

Please make sure that you do not leave your GoBe2 unused for more than a month and\or in cold temperatures.
