GoBe doesn't charge fully

My GoBe never turns blue while on the charger and it doesn't turn on.

It is possible that the device is not charging due to dirty band contacts or bent pins in the charging dock. 

First, please check the band contacts. If you there is dirt or black spots on the band contacts, try cleaning them with a sharp wooden object, such as a toothpick.

Next, please check the pins of the charging dock. If you press the contacts on the charging dock and they have difficulty returning to their original position, please check if there is any clogged dirt or dust around them and remove it.
