I've synchronized my GoBe, but the app doesn't show any data. What do I do?
Please follow the steps below to reset your device:
1. Run the Healbe app and make sure your GoBe is connected
2. Tap the GoBe icon to open the smart band properties screen
3. Tap the "Service information" (Android) or "Service Info" (iOS) button
4. Tap the "Reset" button
Please note that all data will be erased from the device, so we recommend you reset the band early in the morning to lose less information.
