Syncing takes too long. What should I do?
Please tap "cancel" when the app tries to connect with the GoBe2 and tap "find GoBe".
Now, select GoBe2 from the list of devices and try to connect again.
It still does not work, what do I do?
Please reinstall your Healbe mobile app and then reset the device.
Please follow the instructions below.
1. Run the Healbe app and make sure GoBe2 is connected
2. Tap GoBe icon to open smart band properties screen
3. Tap "Service information" (Android) or "Service Info" (iOS) button
4. Tap "Reset" button
Please note that all the data will be erased from the device, so we recommend you reset your GoBe early in the morning to lose less information.
