How does the GoBe measure my emotional tension?
GoBe measures your emotional tension by the galvanic skin resistance (GSR) sensor.
When you go through certain feelings, such as joy, anger, or irritability, the GSR sensor reads changes in the activity of the sweat glands of the skin and notify you with a vibration and displaying message EMOTION.
This indicator of emotional tension is associated with feelings and mood and are detected by changes in cutaneous sweat glands. The GSR sensor evaluates these changes and notifies you about emotional stress.
