A Healbe Customer Care representative asked me for logs. How do I send them?
This function is available only for Android smartphones at the moment.
In order to send logs to our Technical Support Team, follow the steps below:
- Run the Healbe app
- Tap on the GoBe2 icon.
- Tap "Service information"
- Tap "Send logs" at the bottom of the screen
