What is sleep efficiency?
Sleep efficiency is a percentage that represents amount of time you spend actually sleeping vs time spent in bed.
For example, let's say your GoBe2 registers your sleep time as 8 hours between 1 am and 9 am. If you woke up and spent 4 hours trying to go back to sleep, your sleep efficiency will be 50% in the Healbe app.
What can I learn from sleep efficiency?
Sleep efficiency ratings can help your determine whether your sleeping conditions are sufficient and if there are any indications of sleep disorders. If your sleep efficiency is low, please consider not using any devices for an hour before going to bed!
