Why does a GoBe2 evaluate my sleep?
Healbe GoBe2 analyzes your sleeping habits to identify patterns that will help you sleep better. Having a consistent sleep schedule and ensuring you get enough quality rest at night will increase your productivity, improve the quality of your workouts and help you manage your weight more easily.
How does it work?
GoBe2 evaluates your sleep based on your body’s physiological indicators including heart rate and movement.
Based on polysomnographic research (research on your body's movements, brainwaves, oxygen level, heart rate and breathing during sleep), GoBe2 analyzes your sleep data using an algorithm that can estimate sleep cycles.
Healbe’s algorithms are set to monitor sleep between the hours of 9 p.m. and 12 p.m. the next day. GoBe2 does not track naps during the day because a good night’s rest is necessary for recovery, whereas naps are an artificial way to "reset" during the day.
